Bro did Godrej provide " AC installation manual " inside any 1 of the 2 the AC boxes ? With my AC , not of godrej , the " AC installation manual " was provided inside the Indoor unit box . And in that AC installation manual it clearly mentioned to mandatorily vaccum the AC after joining two copper pipes . But i read the installation manual later after the installation was done may be that evening . But i forced them to do the vaccum so they did for 15 mins .

Jahatak mujhe pata hai warranty void ho jata hai. 500-600 rupay bachane ke chakkar me local kisi se installation na karaye. Company ke Authorised person se hi installation karaye ye jyada achha rahega. Bad baki aap ekbar khud local installation walo se pata kar le jo warranty me koi problem to nhi ayegi.

In most cases AC brands hire third party technicians for installation and give them licence to fleece the customers. Amazon or Flipkart has nothing to do with that. You can always get the AC installed by your own technician at a much much cheaper rate, but in that case the brand warranty might be void. So in reality you are left with no choice but to toe their line. It's kind of blackmail and extortion by the AC brands.
