Green and orange are some of my happy colors! I decided to use them in a split cup pour. I am still learning and getting comfortable with the split cup. Looking back, I should have placed the green on the inner parts of the cup and the orange on the outer. Let me know in the comments any colors you would like to see using this technique. Like my art, I am a work in progress. Working on improving technique, camera angles, lighting, and editing. Thanks to all of you for your support and encouragement.
Supplies I used:
Canvas size - 11X14
Base color - Artist's Loft Sap Green mixed with Liquitex Hooker's Green Hue Permanent
Other colors - Artist's Loft Emerald Green
Artist's Loft Light Green
Artist's Loft Vermillion
Artist's Loft Orange mixed with Artist's Loft Metallic Orange
I am so glad that I discovered my love for fluid art. It has been very freeing for me in many aspects of my life. This has given me an outlet to express my creativity and release some stress from my life. I also enjoy the fact that it not only allows me to use and explore my creative side, but also get into more of why certain reactions within the paint occur. I hope that you enjoy this video. Please let me know your thoughts in the comments. All of my paintings are for sale. You may contact me through my email or any of my social media sites which I have linked on my about page and also below. I am open for commissions, let's talk design and colors. Thank you for watching and joining me on my art journey.
