Calculate how many times your names has spaces . if its 3 then you should to use three times. what +1 Does? When ever you find space then it goes to second alphabet like "Ashish Rawat" .. so first find space then it takes r and -2 is used to remove the last space count

Hi Sir, I have implemented all three formulas but I have a question in RIGHT formula. As u shown that we have to extract the length of the text then we have to minus the space characters right?. But as we can see there are two space characters. So the FIND function will find the space characters and then minus them. Good Question Raj : End part of the formula =FIND(" ",D4,FIND(" ",D4)+1) ....In this formula second Find ( which gives you "3" and we put +1 also in this formula it means overall output is 4 ) works before first find ( Now this find search a space from 4 position so that next space position is 11 you can count it manually also.
