In some neighborhoods that outdoor washer/dryer wouldn’t last more than a week. Very impressive that you fit three bedrooms in this space. Attractive home and perfect for tiny lots.

Min ... I have 16 X 12 land. What type of house is it good for? ?? Cheap ones. And may you please design for 3 bedrooms + bathrooms in each room. And 1 outside bathroom. The living room is small. Large family room. Musholla, front porch, parking lot. There is also a garden in the back. Can also be used for clothes drying. And the swimming pool. Sorry to bother you, min. 😊🙏
