Melody thank you for this video. As a matter of fate I had just seen a new die cut that created this and tried making my own in Design Space yesterday. Almost had it the same as your method but had trouble getting it to not cut wings away from body. Ran out of time and here tonight I found your video just exactly how I wanted it and you had done it 1 year ago almost to the day !! Wow must be Karma or something. Thanks again.

Hi, I've been trying to do what you are doing but when I slice I've got cut lines around where I've sliced, in the centre which means it won't stay attached to the card - I didnt think I'd done anything different - what have I done wrong?

you have to slice the middle of the outline.

@@strupia8502 there should not be anything on either side, you might not be slicing the offset back piece yo the front piece first.
