In some cases split recruiting is the way to go, like highly specialised temp personnel or high volume recruiting. One finds and understands the project while the other pools in candidates. In other cases like permanent contracts, executive search etc filling the positions while managing the client is the way to go as you have less volume of interactions and you can jump into business development if your current projects aren’t moving forward.
