Hi! We have a video, which shows the process: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jGnbqayGnJmVg5I Otherwise, here's a quick explanation: you need to remove the magnet at the bottom splitex plate with the magnetic lifter. Then the magnetic pot, in which the magnet was located, is turned out with the provided key. Then the now visible screw is loosened with the Allen key and the lower glued splitex plate with holder can be removed from the articulator. The splitex plate and the glued splitex plate holder are then placed in hot water for 10 minutes, which allows the two parts to be separated and then glued together again. The magnet and magnet lifter as well as the pot extractor are part of the splitex plate set.
