Are you able to comfortably point your toe with a straight leg? If so, that's enough. Hyper flexible feet are WEAK feat. "Banana feet"put you at risk for all kinds of injuries. Dont place Instagram aesthetic over strength, stability, and safety.

thank you for mentioning the knee pain. Today I was doing my oversplits with a higher chair that I usually use, and I felt that pain and it was weird... not even when I was a beginner I felt that pain... I think that I better continue using my other chair xD

I’ve been watching your dance videos to stretch and learn how to learn the different kinds of dance. I tried out for a dance thing I’ve wanted and I made it! Thanks for doing all of this

There was a white belt in my taekwondo class they where scared to do the split as a junior black belt i gave them good advice like just stay calm and don't focus on the pain and you will success and my teacher was proud of me and he put a sigh at the entrance and the new kids would read it and try to be confident The over splits where higher tho.

Just curious is there a reason you preform the oversplit with open hip front splits?

In your right and left splits, how is your back leg?? I’ve always been told to square my hips but how do you maintain your turnout and should your knee face downward or to the side?
@proserpina44484 жыл бұрын
Try not to turn out your hip. Your back side should be turned forward like the other one. And your back knee should lay on the floor

i struggle with middle splits too much, like, i am inches from the floor, and it does not even hurt, so i've heard that over-middle-splits help but they hurt my knees even more lmao
@siya74593 жыл бұрын
@Lillian Abelson you should already try to do oversplits even if you don't have your splits, it makes you more flexible and you'll find that you'll reach the floor very easily without bricks.
