Thank you 💙 Sure, I particularly don’t encourage any type of vigorous bouncing because it can lead to a pulled muscle. It can also trigger the muscles to tighten to protect itself, which kinda defeats the purpose.

High Desert Yogi You are very kind, surely you started with this as a child, I also did it as a Child, but I left it, it's a long story. And I always wanted to be flexible, but since I have left it for a while, I think it is a bit difficult or late for me. That's what I mean.
