Splitting tough beech with splitfire. (My first attempt at editing)

My first time editing and publishing by myself. I've got a ways to go.

I have zero experience with beech. How hard is it to split compared to Hickory and Oak?

@@FirewoodInTheField Beech is tough. When it dries, it's worse than both hickory and oak. Really tough stuff. Similar to elm

I like it. And I wish it had been built on the 2265 size platform at the same time.

It looks like it handled that beech well. Most of what I am splitting this year is beech, it's not the most enjoyable wood to split 😁
