Когда Марвел производила только комиксы, с приходом цифровизации они начали банкротить тк никто не покупал комиксы. Им пришлось продать права на Человека Паука и права на Людей Икс. Они недавно вернули Людей Икс. Но права на Человека Паука до сих пор у Sony. Они владеют всем, что касается человека паука за исключением комиксов наверное. Так что приводя пример с XBOX вы сильно ошибаетесь, ведь и на ПК нельзя получить скины. Если бы угнетали XBOX, то только пользователи XBOX остались бы обделенными(но это невозможно по некоторым законам штатов, и за чрезмерную монополизацию их бы осудили)
