If this isn't your 'Book of the Year' I would be interested in knowing what is. When this edition was first announced, I was near-certain the Deluxe Numbered edition you are unboxing would become an instant classic. If/when a copy or two appears on the secondary market it will be offered at 2x - 3x the original price. Tony Geer's genius regarding this edition was in commissioning Marc Castelli to create the illustrations and the sheer number of illustrations make this, for all purposes, a livres d'artiste book as well. To my knowledge, Castelli has not illustrated a private press book since his work for the Chester River Press 'Heart of Darkness' by Joseph Conrad and that book has achieved legendary status, becoming unobtainable.

This very well might be my favorite! I loved Flowers for Algernon (also Conversation Tree) and felt that was another favorite of this year. But this one may take it with those boards! And I'm still waiting on Hyperion, which should also be a beauty.
