Quota chain is used since NEP policy 1970. India uses Reservation chain to operate its Social Caste System. India gained its Independence in 1946. Serious problem is brain drain to rich countries. Unofficially exporting human capitals to the west. Poor governance system in India.

让我用事实分析整件事。当安华是反对党的时候，一直抨击固打制是对非土著很不公平的制度，只要改朝换代，就会废除这些不公平的制度。当安华是首相的时候，说废除固打制会让他失去很多土著选票，所以必须保留。😂😂😂😂😂😂 把政治人物讲的话认真看待，你就是输了。

除了大学预科班问题，华中优秀生读大学还有很多的阻碍，尤其是政府不公平不平等政策和小拿破伦。很多优秀生拿不到政府津贴UPU channel马大医学系。但付RM300千学费给马大Direct Intake channel及面试和考试及格就可以了。为何同样马大医学系，有些拿到政府津贴的UPU channel MBBS，有些却拿不到反而要申请马大医学系的Direct Intake channel MBBS付RM300千学费才能读。请问公平吗？

没有古打马国华人的升学率都超过各族了，如果公平公正招生，那那些私立大学不是要关门，拉曼，南方，韩江，新纪元等可以收挡了😂

It is ridiculous to have STPM and also matriculation programmes, especially when both are under one ministry. One system requires the student to study for two years, while the other can be completed in just a year. How do we equate the scores then? Is a student with a CGPA of four from matriculation more superior that one with the same results in their STPM? It is unfair. We should go back to how it was in the old days when we had just the HSC.. That way, it will be fair and everyone will have an opportunity for pre-university studies .

This LFL really exactly like MUDA, MCA & Gerakan.. no matter what the hell that the government do.. he also do not happy.. useless lawyer. At least now the government makes the first step first.. but he wants the government to straight away make 1000 steps. He really think that abolish the quota system is very easy..
