Again out of the context question... Anyone having knowledge, kindly care to reply. I have cleared mains twice, but couldn't get through interview. My academic background isn't that strong,and it came to my notice that most the candidates who qualify have very strong background in academics. Am i wasting my time? Am i going to get through? I know UPSC is more considerate but regarding Apsc, i possess less knowledge.
