No constitutional amendment is required to free up our temples. Religious institutions and endowments are in Schedule 7, List III, I.e. Concurrent List (Item 28). If Union Government makes a law, it will prevail over any State law that controls temple administration. Modi ji, go ahead and change it. No party can afford to resist this favour to Hindu community especially when mosques, churches etc are free.

Tks for this interesting video. I came to know thro Jaipur Dialogues that @HinduLegalDefence has been established to help right-wingers under attack. Against foreign hand, instead of attack v shd go for defensive approach. The govt shd have a mass media program to educate the citizens of various schemes n nefarious activities with proof of Opposition, anti-Bharat, anti-BJP, anti-Modi, anti-Sanatan forces so the people know what r they up against. Further, the BJP govt must take urgent steps in cases like BJP workers in West Bengal are hiding somewhere as they fear for their lives. Delhi people are thirsting for water, why BJP doesn't dismiss AAP govt n take over Delhi administration. Why the over burdened judiciary has to handle AAP problems. Ankit Ji i live in NA for over 20 years and can tell u this theory of deepstate 7% uniting with 93% to interfere with election to extent of bring in same govt but not with majority for greater bargaining power is completely wrong. This is NOT how it works in NA. The risk is huge with such fine tuning using dogs like Druv Rathi and others is impossible, any error might lead to disaster in their own investments which are super long term and requires Judicial reforms for their own benefit. This interference is purely the work of by K-Army with support from JT. India is still underestimating Canadian interference. The Pannu case is a D-coy for the real interference coming from north of the border. We need to cancel OCI of anyone with links to K-army and freeze their assets in India
