SPN Eats: BBQ Ribs (made in the Instant Pot)

I'm a sucker for some ribs. But it takes time to get the fall off the bone... So I wanted to see if I could make them in the Instant Pot to cut the time. And I did!

Ingredients: ribs, dry rub, BBQ sauce, water and apple cider vinegar
Put at least a cup of water and 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in the Instant Pot. Then put the dry rub on the ribs and place them on the steaming rack in the Instant Pot. Cook them for at least 30 minutes for spare ribs (and about 25 for baby back). After the steam vents, place the ribs on a tray and put BBQ on them. Set the oven to broil and cook the ribs for a few minutes more until the sauce thickens a little and bubbles but not burn.
