This was filmed multiple days ago, KZbin wouldn’t release it. I have since shot 100 rounds of ball ammo and 15 rounds of civil liberty defense rounds. Zero issues. I deal with this often just trying to get good

carried the 40 Shield for many years in Kommufornia, now that I am in free AMERICA, my preferred carry is the M&P 2.0 40 S&W with a 3.6" barrel, feels so good in the hand...

How have I not got one of these before? Picked up a Shield many times over the years and liked the feel, but always seemed to buy something else. I shoot this one well. Even the cleaning kit was a nice little perk.

I feel the same as you do about this firearm. I bought the same model new a few months ago with a S&W $50. rebate and it came with two mags and a cleaning kit, just under $300.00. This is my first M&P. I previously bought a CSX which became my EDC under most conditions. They each have their place in CC. I just can't decide which one I like better. They both, IMO, eclipse the Sig P365. I am inclined to carry .40 because I like the results of the 180gr heavy bullet. I carry 147gr in my CSX. The main difference is in the ease of pulling back the slide. The 40 is stiffer than the CSX. And the performance Center is AWESOME accurate with great sights.

I had one as my first concealed carry and made my own iwb leather holster! It was like shooting a 9mm with the ported barrel. I miss it and want another one! Especially because i still have over 400 rounds and the holster i made specifically for that gun😅

Can you put a .357 sig barrel in the Performance Center model??
@spnfirearms Жыл бұрын
Yes of course! They make ported .357 sig barrels!

S&W 40C or the M&P40?

When you say “get the mag guts” for the extra round capacity, what are you talking about? Is that the name of the product?
@spnfirearmsАй бұрын
It’s the name of the product! You’ll find it

what kind of sights are those ?

You can remove the safety, if that’s your thing. They sell a plug for the gap too. Vice versa if you get one without. I’ve shot the 45 PC, so how’s the recoil compared to that, if you know?
@jonathanaldana4941 Жыл бұрын
How’s the recoil on that bad boy my brother compared to say the Glock 30 in 45 acp?
@spnfirearms Жыл бұрын
The Glock 30 is almost a cheat code. It handles recoil so well. Since this is ported, it’s actually pretty decent. Snappier than the 30 but it’s a different type of recoil. It’s also much lighter and easier to conceal. I use civil defense liberty rounds that shoot like a dream out of it!

Just picked this M2.0 Performance Center in .40 for $349 at Palmetto State and then $50 rebate through S&W on top of that

@PitbullSoco4 ай бұрын
@brianc0019 shoots great, especially for a .40sw. I highly recommend it especially at that price. Last I checked, it's still on sale. 100% no regrets

I came here because I seen a deal on palmetto..how are you liking it so far?
@PitbullSocoАй бұрын
@jayrock2288 absolutely love it. Replaced the fiber sights with some xs night sights and got a pinky extension for the flush mag but that's it. Fantastic firearm regardless of price but especially at what Palmetto is selling them for. Absolute no brainer

You’re one of the people acting like the ballistic advantage you get from 40 over 9x19 is so much you’d give up 2-3 extra rounds? What a typical shield enjoyer. You shouldn’t have a platform to give opinions on guns to masses
@bmaxse10 ай бұрын
It's typically only 1, sometimes 2, rounds diff, not 2 to 3. And you sound straight up authoritarian/ commie / leftist. You know, mentally ill.
@GLOCKCOPG2310 ай бұрын
It is this videographer’s opinion (backed with science) that he likes the 40 better. So what? You could always start your own channel to extoll the superiority of the “just as good” 9mm to everything mankind has ever invented. Watch out Putin, this guy has a 9! 😂
@JD-tn5lz6 ай бұрын
If anyone were to have their opinion banned, it should be you on both counts. One, his channel, his subjective opinion. Leave him alone and go pound sand. Two, 9mm bullets have a history of not crushing bone and easy deflection. I'll take less capacity to ensure that my 180gr will destroy femur or pelvis, or other significant barriers. I know the limitations of 115, 124, and 147gr bullets. How do I know the lethality difference between 40 and 9? I'm a use-of-force investigator with a state LE agency. A large part of the reason many agencies have switched to 9 from 40 is simply that lawsuits for injury are cheaper to settle than lawsuits for fatality police shootings.
