I know of C5 guys that are not pushing the limits of the engine because of drivetrain issues. Take care from Oklahoma Mike and Vee PS. Thanks for taking the extra seat out. Preferably a true race car, not a modded street car. I'm not hating on the car here, I'm just saying, it has its limits, but are it's limit the same cleetus' limits? I doubt it. I'd like to see him keep Leroy forever and take it out on special occasions, but I'd also LOVE to see him handle a real beast, like a 2000+ horsepower blown alchohol big block hemi. He's only getting better behind the wheel, I mean eventually he's gonna wanna graduate to the next level.

Come on guys ... it's extra pathetic to hate or talk shit what so ever on the parts manufacturers that are backing our boy up every day... This prep is no joke and unless you know a lot about racing you wouldn't understand what that does to a car with power like this... There are tons of other cars here breaking stuff everyday too, this is Race car life now... Keep it Positive we need the love not Hate...

that track prep + cold air temps = broken parts.

Just get a 9inch diff :)

Even if no one says a word, no one is rushing out to buy an RPM diff. They are located about a mile from me in a beautiful facility. It used to be a theater where local actors put on stage plays.

How could you let that Coke can sit on Leroy? That's bad juju

Time to back half and big tire leroy
@Wildturkey101215 жыл бұрын
I think the amazing thing about this car is he does it on such a small tire, anyone can make a big tire car go fast!
@michaelwilkening85425 жыл бұрын
@@Wildturkey10121 The problem is that the bigger the tire the more stress you put on the rest of the drivetrain. Since his rear end is basically a stock one that was never designed to handle the kind of bald eagles he is asking it to withstand bolting bigger slicks on it would just make parts shrapnel faster. Now if he could get a dana 60 or ford 9 inch nodular rear end in Leroy he MIGHT get away with bigger tires. Yes I know it would be almost impossible to do.
@tylermatthews58215 жыл бұрын
@@michaelwilkening8542 which is why he said back half AND big tire... Not gonna back half a c5 and use stock rear diff or anything related to it...
@bbdl70425 жыл бұрын
Custom 4 link with 9 inch. He’s getting a billet case and everything now and it’s a waste for how much better he could make his 60 times
