And then in a 2nd video they got their hands on like a super kit, from like a high end company that is spending millions on R&D to make electric turbos not only work but to make them a serious performance product that is quality enough to meet OEM specifications and use. And if I remember correctly that insanely expensive(prototype maybe) actually worked and provided real boost and real HP numbers, however the cost of it was like 10x of what a traditional turbo setup cost and provides 4x the numbers. @throttlebottle5906 Жыл бұрын
how far do you want them to drop, because they already move a mile? much farther and it would look like an old gasser with the solid front seemingly 8' in the air. no nitrous needed, just have it whack the timing/fuel curve, as there seems to be enough power left to wheel stand in over 1/2 the run if not 3/4 of it. all would blast the wheels loose and likely cause a wreck. nobody wants their worst enemy to wreck or even tear things up, keep it real, race and help others when needed. it was nice to help other racers at the track when their car suddenly started stumbling and quit at the track. I quickly tracked it to a bad crimp and loose wire, from the battery forward to an terminal block at firewall. while I didn't fix it for them, I did stop back after 10 minutes and ask if they got it fixed, long before the next round. they did and asked do we owe you money or something? I replied, huh, no-no, just making sure you got it fixed to keep having fun racing for the day. guess I could have asked for a concession cheeseburger or hot dog(lol), but I was already stuffed full.
