LeRoy is a good example of this. You bought this Corvette which was a joke or an oddity. From an old guys perspective .... We were racing motocross , road racing and other motorsports and even dabbling in bull riding back in the mid seventies and early eighties . We did double jumps , crossups blah blah blah and thought we were pretty cool ( so did the girls ) . THEN ...the eighties came roaring in and freestyle motocross , big monster trucks and BIGGER BADDER RACERS CAME in and we were in an adrenaline high !
