Most of these comments are years old. Are you still doing current, 2023, videos? My last two Cadillac's were a 1999, a 2007 STS and now a 2014 CTS 3.6 Luxury that I purchased in December of 2022. The 2007 STS I had since 2009 and just recently sold it at 160,00 miles and with a bad timing chain deal. I found the 2014 on Carvana at a great price. The best thing is it has only 15,101 miles on it. It is in absolutely showroom/new condition. So, I am new to the CTS scene, this being at AWD model. Your videos are absolutely helpful. Not a big deal but today I installed the side marker LED lights that I bought from Oliver. Very nice. I am now looking at the rear spoiler and the front lower spoiler also. Easy installs with big improvements. The car e Ohio car is now in San Diego.

love your videos! recently bought a CTS vsport and all your videos are amazing and helping me with the car. I was wondering if youve done a video on using CRC or Seafoam to clean the valves in the car ..it seems like this is a common problem with the car since it is direct injection ... my car has a rough idle and everyone on the forums is telling me to switch out the plugs and try cleaning the valves...thought this would be a good video if youve never done it....anyways thanks for all your Insight!!!

Change plugs/coils, and a walnut blasting of the intake IMO is a must at 75k miles on any DI car.

Amazing video! I have a somewhat related question. I have a CTS with the blade spoiler straight from the factory. I took it to the shop to upgrade it to an EOS spoiler but they were having issues removing my 3rd break light from the blade spoiler. Any tips on how to get that done? Thanks!

Hmm. Shouldn’t be an issue at all unless yours has some sort of adhesive. I would have a look yourself and see what you can do now that you’ve seen my video (be sure to check out the other video about spoilers too)

The VSport is liquid air intercooling. It has a front radiator.

I also heard I could get more power out of the car if I were to convert it into a single big turbo what do you think about that bro?

@@co4988 FMIC are for air to air and it would not be an improvement. There are advantages and disadvantages of single turbo. But not possible with this ECU as it is a dual MAF system. We just had an owner do 11.1 at 121 on ATS-V turbos, Intake, down pipe, tune and meth.

@@co4988 when it comes to this car there are many things that aren’t like other cars. For example 99% of tuners cannot tune this car well or at all. Get on the Facebook groups search and read and ask questions if you don’t find.

The rear emblem does curve to fit the dividend seam of the back. The only emblem you want to use there is the one designed for that spot.

I appreciate the information. I've had a Cadillac Escalade ESV that we love and I ended up getting this XTS ride just recently. I almost got a CTS but compared to the XTS I test drove this drive more smoothly and the kids liked the leg room in the back. I wish I could modify the appearance. I probably do the tail light mod you have and will look for some other tweaks. Really enjoy your videos. Great quality and very helpful with the break down and install. Looking forward to some others.

Hey there i have another issue with my, 2014 CTS VSport regarding the trunk and springs. Apparently the bracket that holds the strut on the right side behind the spring has broken from its tack weld. Do you show that visually anywhere? I am going to attempt to jb weld it back in place but not sure of the exact placement and cant find a diagram anywhere
