I would say they are not including the prices so they don't put themselves at risk of being taken to court for miss selling/misleading customers. There are a lot of products that are being put forward as certain values and a lot of the beauty boxes have started putting these items in to inflate the values. It's one of the reasons I stopped buying GB, I carried on with LF because even though it's owned by the same co. and they did the same with some of the products however as soon as they started doing alternative boxes and more dodgy products I stopped my subscription. I understand that they have to make a profit but as soon as they are dishonest I take a step back.... withdrawing the prices is not about focusing on the products but saving themselves from court action.

For £13 I think it’s just great to get the box of treats through the door every month, I don’t care that they don’t put the prices , what can you get for £13 these days ?! This month looks good too, I hope I get the cleansing bar as I’ve loads of eye creams still to get through! No matter what though it will be a wee surprise, thank you ! I can see why they didn’t put the prices on this months box. I totalled up all the products to find that this box comes to a total value of £37. Most of these products are currently on and/or are old leftover stock, so the value is probably half that. I’m not super unhappy as I will use all of the products and like some of them, but it is a little bit disappointing

Happy New Year Claire. I received my box this afternoon, and am absolutely delighted to have received the Cleansing Bar and French Fancy Matte Lippy. Loving the new look box and the colour is to die for. Lilac being my favorite, so that makes me happy. As far as the 1st Edit of the year is concerned, I think it is a FABULOUS box, inside and out. Really loving this one 👍

I thought it was a good mix of items and pretty good sizes this time. I have never tried SVR brand so happy to to get this. I wish I had got your lip colour - mine was really dark. I have cancelled my sub for a while because I have a lot of products to use up but happy to return one day.

Happy New Year, Claire! I am on a yearly subscription with LF....I’ve cancelled it due to issues with them before Xmas with badly packaged deliveries and terrible customer service. Oh well.... Glossybox is heading that way too and so I just cancelled with them. I think I just need a break. 🤗💗

Great idea to make a video of plastic free products, I'll look forward to that! I've found myself more conscious of reducing my plastic in my beauty products lately and have opted for the bi-monthly Freedm street box cancelling my LookFan and Roccabox subs. I've really enjoyed my Holland and Barrett advent in December too, I am a convert! xx

Looking forward to seeing your packaging free video. This box is okay - the Verdi cream is meant to be good but I have eye cream overload so I hope I get the bar. The sleek liquid lip is not my fave but the colour you have is really pretty. But nervous about the others. The sponge interests me, and the other items are nice. Good box I’d say.

The hand mask reminds me of my facial days when I used to have my hands placed in big heated gloves with cream in my hands used to be so soft for weeks afterwards. For long term subs were getting the same types of products over and over which is a bit disappointing. We got an eye cream in Dec box, it seems like we're getting moisturiser in every other box & we've had those Matte Me sleek lipglosses in a LF box about 4/5 boxes back didn't we? I hadn’t realised I’d get this box, as I only signed up for 3 months. I must cancel. I got the flipping eye cream. I’ve got so many, and they last ages. The hand mask I’m delighted with as my hands are like sandpaper. The lipstick is in the colour hellacious, a nice browny pinky colour. I don’t get on well with liquid lipstick because I’ve got a really small mouth. Perhaps I could try a brush. It looks a nice colour. The svr cream says for combination skin, and mine is quite dry with the cold weather. Will try it. I got the grow gorgeous. So on the whole it’s an ok box, but I hate variations, so if that’s the way they are going I’m going to cancel.

Once its under £122 i think theres no customs, so it depends if they declare value of contents of the box or not

The products are dissapointed same sleek liostick and i hope they dont send me a eye cream as i have lad one last month. We had two dissapointing boxes in a row, christmas one was a disaster and this month is just so boring i was going to to unsubscribe but i saw the illamasuqure primer so il stay to that box. Would you recommend to staying on the monthly one is it quicker to unsubscribe im thinking covering one year then cancel. As i did this during 1st lockdown to keep me happy so we are now in second lockdown tier 4 so im going to stay for a bit more. Your reviews are always fun to watch. You look so pretty. I only like the cleansing soap from this box i hope i dont teceive the eye cream got loads. I do luv thr hand mask though because ive never used a hand mask before, and i will be happy if i get the cleansing balm or il be just mad. I think lf couod stop using sleek and lord and berry products and one whixh was matalic lipstic those are nit good at all lord and berry is okay as i used to buy mine from London, they should give us stuff thats worth using and or gifting it away i gave my glow drop away to a friend as it was so glittery but she liked it, there is only 6 items and thry can add essential oil body oils soaps cleanseres and makeup thats well knkw and that we can actualy use. I think 2 or 3 full size items would do thr trick because it wpuld be nice to give it away if you dont like it i wish they add perfumes too but nit received that in any box yet, i was going to unsubscribe but thought id wait because i saw thr primer for next month and didnt wana pay full price to try it, so hopefully it will be a better box. I quite ordering the look fantastic box. Lots of inconsistency, not a great value for the money. At the beggining the boxes were really good, but along time I started to become disappointed and once I got a jade roller that was broken and they did nothing about it. So I canceled my subscription. I do however appreciate your videos 😉☺️

Happy new year 🎊🎈 I am really disappointed from look fantastic December box ....i have make purchases many times from the site but I have never got the subscription box and it was my first ....I bought it last week of December so I knew what to expect and I was really disappointed when I opened the box and half of the products was different from what it supposed to be,no jecca blac highlighter no medik8 serum or Ren cream , no balm eyeshadow but different products of lower value ....I wrote them and no answer really disappointed.....

I had the same experience. No Ren or Medik8 no Avant cream and they where still advertising the box on the website and telling me it was sold out. Replying to the customer service is a timekilling effortless experience. I am now stuck with a 6 month description but I can only hope the vastly improve their service as otherwise customers run!
