*Sir, I've a doubt to have seen your video that the expression “being + V3” should be ‘the passive form of present participle’ . Because, in this situation, “the action” is ‘being performed’ (not ‘has been performed’) by someone .... And when an action is being performed by someone, we use present participle as an adjective ...then its passive form should also belong only to it, shouldn't it? ....
