Yes indeed. We need to be aware of our situation. Just in case if you don't know, In just 3 years 93 Indian armed personals have been named in FIR accusing them of rape, torture and killings in J&K. However, the military court convicted only 7 of them for killings and sentenced them to jail in 2014. The perpetrators of such crimes being held accountable is truly a rare event.

If AFSPA is to dehumanized the human dignity and under this act lot of atrocity, torture, rape, burning of intire village etc.. Countless numbers were committed by Indian army to Naga civilian... But Indian law never punish the wrong doer and Indian parliament never repeal nor favour afspa... Never care or border the Naga victims to get justice, justify the act under the cover of afspa...n never punished evil design or intention dealer..we north east in general and Nagas in particular if Indian laws treat us inhuman we have options to unite and find our own way either to be separate independence nation or collaborate with China Government and trash the evil afspa army who disrespect human dignity and wage war with dehumanized law maker nation. If this has not come into affected people mind then be silence the face this law it will never repeal. As from the buttom of their heart they think that they are different from us outwardly they may say we all are Indian but the says goes a person is know by his work not his mouth. Talk to leaders but they will talk with sophisticated justification and will talk only in favour of afspa..we are a tiny community how big Nagas think ourself we will be trash by mainlender law but we will never realized have to face it timidly due to our law grade. There is no doubt that justice should be delivered to the victims at the earliest through proper befitting rightful channel at per the law,there is no two ways about it . However with everything well said and done by our respected sir , the one last question is ,keeping everything aside , including their support or non- attachment to the protest undertaken by various civil society and organisation with regard to removal of AFSPA , What is the stand of the Nagaland gaunbura federation / or for that matter our respected sir on his individual capacity , on the issue of whether AFSPA should be repealed or still be effectively remain in operation in nagaland ?
