Usually I'm unhappy 😢 whenever I watch ⌚️ 🙃 one of your tasty recipes 😋 and not able to taste, however, on this occasion, because you're back home (Barbados) I'm not only unhappy 😂😂😂 but jealous because I'm not there. Hi sis, I am watching again. This sponge cake looks so delicious that I am baking it right now However the recipe didn't say add salt also, I didn't see what temperature to bake it on. I am baking it on 300 degrees Fahrenheit And I did add salt to mine. I'll let you know how I did. ❤ Thanks for sharing your cousins recipe with us. I love baking sponge cakes All different kind. Xo❤

Yes, I just spoke to her and she said she put a pinch of salt in it so I will adjust the recipe, thanks for noticing that.

I used half the recipe The cake cake out beautiful just like the one in the video It was easy. It's light and spongy. I served mine with strawberries and yogurt since I didn't had whipping cream.
