Honestly, as amazing as this remake is overall, I feel like they overdid it with the green glow. The original has a mix of black and green. Feels like there's an excess green hue over this version. Kelp Forest is my favorite level of the remake. They knocked that one out of the park.

I have all the cannons and I literally tried everything i could think of I restarted the game, I left the area, I restarted my system im just super confused as to why it wont work.
