Interesting that this game is supposedly just a different version of Creature from the Krusty Krab, but has completely different game mechanics. I have fond memories of this game as a kid, but playing it today I realize that it's actually not that good of a game lol.

In the German version it actually was called Creature from the Krusty Krab. Just like Battle for Bikini Bottom, that wasn't confusing at all.

I think the concepts are really cool, the execution needs a lot of work though. Like the part where Spongebob gets taken into a jellyfish alien ship, and Patrick has to navigate around in a trash world, and Plankton has to escape a whale were both super creepy (to a kid) and creative.

My opinions on each game: Spongebob's Good Dream: Pros: Cool speedway, interesting enemies, satisfying enemy defeat sounds Cons: Dull in some areas, confined areas with road cones Final score: 8/10 Spongebob's Nighty Nightmare: Pros: Spiffy outfit, satisfying to trap jellyfish, unsettling music, non-linear map, cool ending Cons: Very difficult with green jellyfish, tedious with constant backtracking Final Score: 6/10 Patrick's Good Dream: Pros: Spiffy outfit, cool opening, interesting enemies, satisfying enemy defeat sounds, non-linear map for first part, good music (All just like Spongebob) Cons: Absolutely nothing, it's the friggin' best! Final Score: 10/10 Patrick's Nighty Nightmare: Pros: Unsettling music, interesting enemies, satisfying enemy defeat sounds, non-linear map (All just like Spongebob), funny dialogue with Dreaded Patrick, cool ending (Just like Spongebob) Cons: Very long and tedious Final Score: 7/10 Plankton's Good Dream: Pros: Black & White retro horror film aesthetic, Super-dense ocular disintegration ray (once again, kiddies, we're talking about the laser he's-a firin'), Krab-zilla!, *GIANT JELLYBEAN!* Cons: A time limit? This is 100 times worse than creature from the krusty krab. Look how they mascaraed my boy! Plankton's second section is just the bullworm part from the original, crossed with a ripoff of pikmin! This sucks. Every single level is almost exactly the same layout visually, it's all just top down. Now I do understand some people like it, good for them! But for me. I prefer CFTKK
