When I was a kid my dad was in the military so we moved around a lot. When we moved to New Jersey we were stuck without cable tv for a whole month (this was in 2011) and the only thing we had available for entertainment was this episode of SpongeBob, the slide whistle episode, the party episode, and the SpongeBob movie. Some of the worst episodes you could watch. (except the movie the movie is great especially with the full Ocean Man end credits) You have no idea what kind of hell I had to endure watching this episode for a month straight while the cable network was being set up.

I am not going to lie, with the multiple reruns of SB when I was little and I came across almost 20% of my childhood rewatching this episode (and other multiple factors) this became something of a trait I picked up where I have multiple acne scars by always popping and even so far as to anticipating acne for me to (CENSORED FOR DECENCY). I don't know man. But personally, this whole toenail thing in House Fancy is giving me the creeps. I mean, It's really disgusting. I used to think about SpongeBob being a beloved animated series with some charm and humor, which would be the first 3 seasons. But we got the grossness and the bad jokes. It's even worse than modern Family Guy. I'd be offended if SpongeBob would annoy me every year If I was Squidward. Please make it stop. Paramount needs to end SpongeBob for good. The company is starting to lose money. However, Skydance will have to restructure the company after the merger.

I don't find this episode gross at all. It has a ton of great gags and a pretty good concept imo. The toenail scene from House Fancy I understand why someone would be grossed out by it but I don't find it gross and think it's kinda funny.
