What abt for the father to sponsor child it still need for Noc from wife ? In divorced case

Hi Ali, Normally men are not required to get NOC from wife, however, in a case of divorce you might need to get the NOC from your ex wife and have it translated in Arabic at the typing center. Thank you

Hi Gladys, The same applies to a single mother, you will an NOC from your husband that he is giving consent of having the child stay in Dubai. Your salary needs to be at least AED4000 plus accommodation to show that you can take care of the child alone. Hope this helps
