I finally know what this movie was called. This was one of those many films on late night TV that I stumbled upon part-way though flipping channels but had no idea what it was called until decades later. I remember the spider woman scene, some scene with an ouija board and one with a guy who runs outside, stumbled onto a tombstone where his name is magically carved into it before his very eyes and then he's sucked down into the ground.
