Spot, i'm not sure Sam wasn't too tall like Neca's figure. If you look closely at the actor in the movie sometimes it seems not too tall because of the large Halloween costume. You can see his proportions by searching "trick r treat behind the scenes" on Google ;)

Well, you got... Like one thing right. But you're talking about Kreeg, not Sam. Sam is a physical embodiment of the holiday Halloween itself. Kreeg was a bus driver paid to murder the kids on the bus he drove, by their parents, mind you, and he succeeded, but is wracked with guilt by it.
