I guess it's the same as a snow globe: I suppose you should be able to remove the plug stopper and refill it using a syringe with distilled water (NO tap water!). You may add some little glycerin to thicken the water. As long as the plug stoppers can be removed and put back in place, it should be OK.

Clive Barker has such a unique imagination/designs that it is truly shameful no company has invested in making movies/series out of his work. Spot, and to anyone interested, I´d suggest you play Clive Barker´s Jericho for the 360/PS3. Not an amazing game but just for the fact that you can play on a Clive Barker environment is worth it.
