Is this a hack? Toxic Brainz does an ultra large amount of damage... Is it just because of Toxic Overload or because he's a Legendary?

PowerSporeAJ He has Toxic Overload which causes him to do more damage. Also Sugar Rush multiplied his damage by 50x so Toxic Overload + Sugar Rush = Damage Dealing God.
