I gave Gepetto my heart and did ng+2 and it went well intill the nameles puppet same thing again he is way to fast i tried about 30 times and i gave up its a damn shame otherwise the game is good but they made the nameles puppet way to hard

@@charlottesmith1876my strat for when I just beat him a few days ago. Motility build. I think I was at 42 motivity and I used the wrench blade with the police baton handle and soon as it starts I used the fable art it knocked his health in half, used a fable catalyst and did it again. First faze done. The second faze I used the perfect grindstone to automatically perfect parry his attacks, taking swings when I can until he’s in the staggerable state then hit him with a shot put and used the fable art again. Rinse and repeat. I did get the p organ upgrades that give you fable art when perfect parrying and the upgrade that lets you use the grindstone 2 times. Took me 2 tries to beat him with this strat

For those of you stuck with a technique build that doesn’t exactly absorb blocks. Look up the aegis shield technique. It helps majorly. If you don’t have the upgrade points for the shield the tree will let you respec if you sit for a second after selecting the tree

@@thelastexpress4270 use the shield only when he’s gonna hit so you don’t waste the legion ammo. Then just let the shield eat the hits til you see an opening you’d take without it. Having the explosive tip upgrade on the shield helps. The main thing is that the shield block technique is always a perfect parry so basically just wearing him down quicker to get the broken posture hits in. It also really helped me to have fully stocked throwable items as well as legion refills

Keep the aegis arm up for 90 percent of the fight, while attacking. Even if it’s hitting you, you lose only chip damage with your shield up, which you regain by hitting back. Bring lots of legion chargers

I finally beat this SOB thanks to your vid. I have another tip that helped immensely! Go into options and turn the voice volume to 0. Geppetto shit talking from the sidelines was driving me mad. Turned his voice off and all of a sudden I could perfect parry like a champ 🏆💪

This game was so enjoyable up until the last chapter. I beat every boss in 1-3 attempts and laxasia was annoying but it was still relatively easy Simon wasn’t that bad it took me 2 tries and I honestly haven’t seen the problems most others have because dodging is completely viable and as long as you manage your health fury attacks aren’t that bad. I can parry just fine on this last boss but the time it takes to unlock and lock back on makes parrying constant combos ridiculous and there’s a serious lack of openings with 2nd phase nameless puppet. Game went from 9/10 to 6/10 because the final boss is a dumpster fire

I have a weapon/build suggestion. Try using the "Two Dragon Sword +5" technique boost to the hilt and a technique build. The damage is decent per swing. AND simply locking on and holding left while swinging at him dodges most attacks. The character gets so low while using the katana that many of the attacks just go over its head. Hope this helps people using Technique builds.

Maxed out Aegis Legion with Amulets that increase Legion as well as P-Organ perks that increase Legion damage/recovery alongside however Legion Magazines you can carry. This will allow you to perfect guard the entirety of Phase 1 and 2

Puppets string and shield max level and trident boss weapon .from the p organ you unlock the 4 rings equipped, use health and stamina ring damage reduction and critical rings and one for every type enemy Puppets or carcass. You can play ' dirty " every boss in the game with summon help and throwbles

Note: I used Puppet Ripper +5 (Romeo's weapon), Twin Dragon +5 (Green Monster's weapon), Nameless One's Amulet (Andreus' amulet), Patience amulet, Carrier's amulet +1, a shot put, Perfection grindstone, and mostly using perfect guards. That is, with Vitality 25, Vigor 24, Capacity 35, Motivity 10, Technique 34, and Arcane 18.

For phase 1 try to learn attack patter n for perfect parry and for phase 2 be aggresive with him... my strategy was that im holding the parry button and leaving my finger on and off quickly if i get hit some of the parrys are perfect sometimes and i get my heal back hope it helps

Block and parrying is very important in this game. Don't surrender. I am below average at souls games, and it takes a beat of practice and at least knowing how to block/dodge some of the moves to get it done. Good luck!

I used a technique build, using the twin dragon sword because of its quick strong attack, and mainly perfect guarded for the first phase, and in the second phase, I mostly just dodged right and kept closing the distance on him. Also side note, I played some music in the background LMAO

Use dash and you'll find a lot of opportunities to attack him, especially with fast weapons. With blocking, one I used with my strength build and slower weapon it's harder but possible: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j6m8YoSKitNlfMU If you use Motivity build, try to corner him and you'll have less trouble keeping up with his distance advantage. When you see him having that little stagger, always make sure to take advantage of that. It's not hard to get him staggered. If you are able to memorize his attack patterns it will be much easier. I still have way to go so I can feel 100% confident in a fight against him, but he is not as hard as I thought he is when I first challenged him.

I used your weapon combination and was really good tough i struggle a lot still(550 dmg per basic hits)his second phase is really punishing and my weapons were doing poorly in dmg(stun bat you get early) or to slow to keep up bcs windows of attack in second phase are harder to find(giant wrench)but your weapon stetup feeled like big dmg witth really fast strings and a good heavy charged attack, so this was the hardest boss in LoP to me all the other ones were a challenge but nameless puppet second phase went crazy😭 , thanks for the video

His 1st phase is insanely easy and you get heaps of opportunities for perfect parries so even if you mess up you should only need to use 2 - 3 healing items. It’s his 2nd phase that is crazy. Attacks fast, barely gives you openings to attack, drains your stamina and durability, hard to stagger, perfect parries are hard because his combos are quick, etc. Ended up beating him around my 10th attempt or so with a Technique/Golden Lie build but had to rely on high stamina amulets and having almost 30 stats in Vigor to survive his 2nd phase.

I don't know if it's been patched kr whatever but the Aegis Shield Legion Arm has a goofy glitch or bug that causes perfect guard blocks every time you hold up the shield and spam LB or block. Still consumes Legion ammo though

I finally did it level 91, most stats in technique leveled up oroborus weapon with technique crank. 1st stage fight normally, second stage use shield arm when he gets stunned use legion rounds , and legion wishstones. if u tap left bumper really quickly whilst using the shield arm u get perfect guard (glitch?). also used electric grindstone. when using shield make sure to just tap once right bumper as going into combos can put down ur shield keep an eye on stamina. also just keep an eye on the shield to make sure it's up as it went down sometimes and had no idea y. had puppet, critical attacks, chain attacks and stamina regeneration amulets on

Yeah, the high damage resistance, fast attacks, and powerful hits make it superb for most encounters, if not all. The short range might be a bit problematic at times, but I adapted my playstyle to suit close combat, and it worked well throughout the game.

1st phase have medium window to punish him after successfully perfect block, in his slowmo attack. 2nd phase i use puppet string he got medium window to go near him and perform the arm combo window. perfect block on 2nd phase is to tin and the i frame for perfect block is not enough to sustain his flurry attack it because every time you do perfect block there's a follow animation pose delay unlike in sekiro that doesn't have those delay animation upon spamming R1. i beat him with puppet string arms and 4 electric throwable with king puppet sytch weapon

NOTE: To have this boss fight, you need to make a decision at the end of the game, that otherwise enables this fight or goes to credits without it. I was surprised how easy it is when you have strong damage reduction. You can literally pre-block and receive relatively low damage. But at the moment it's all about performance, that's where I performed best. Maybe I should play it with no healing at all :)

I used the puppet axe blade with the chefs knife handle since I’ve been a technique build throughout the whole game and it worked perfectly with the build I currently had. Of course I still had to resort to using the puppet axe to beat this guy but still super useful and helped me beat him after my second try with it!! I didn’t have to respec into motivity or anything else I just used this weapon and got it over with. Before I was struggling really bad since I was using that boss weapon katana but now it’s over! You'll have quiet a lot if you move around him, move around while he tries to poke you , when he charged his two weapon forward, move aside when he is rushing forward with slashing both swords in front of him. When he is at the edge of the arena, he is less likely to swift out based on my experience, and I use it to my advantage. Other than that, I recommend shifting the focus on working on blocking and get HP back on fast attacks in the window you can receive the HP back (when you miss a perfect block), especially with a fast weapon. I still try to get better myself. Im using the gian cleaver that the mad donkey uses or the eldest brother of the black rabbit, not sure. With acid damagage and good timing i can beat phase 1 without a single hit. But as soon as phase 2 hits i lose in 1 min every time. I hate this.

Yes he is optional, if you choose the other option and give your heart, you don't need to fight him to go to the credits. So there is an option to bypass the fight and still finish the game. Unlike Simon Manus which is a must to get to the credits.

its a combi of lady maria and sister fredie i've seen some fredi attack pattern on it the attack pattern for maria is too obvious hahahaha i wish there's a gun in this game so ican easily counter parry that shit ahahahha
