Both yogurt and buttermilk are good substitutes for eggs. You can use 1/4 cup (60 grams) of yogurt or buttermilk for each egg that needs to be replaced

I keep trying to figure out what the cake flour is, or if I could use something other than that for it, but I don’t know how I might get it for this…

You can make your own.. Measure out one cup of all purpose flour (plain flour) and place it into a sifter over the top of a medium bowl. Subtract two Tablespoons of the flour. Add in two Tablespoons of cornstarch. Sift the two ingredients together four or five times to make sure the cornstarch is evenly distributed. If you want to make a large batch just double the ingredients..
