I believe the iPhone 15 models are all water resistant. However, these types of cases are good if the phone exterior is compromised.

@@ErinReviewsIt Yes, there is of course other components these types of cases are good for like drop resistance. The front screen glass and back glass parts of the exterior of the iPhone 15 models are extremely fragile now due to the manufacturer (Apple) making those components easy to replace. So yes, any type of case is good for keeping smart devices protected from low to mid end types of damage.
