This was so lovely, real and raw. You truly are an inspiration and role model to not only the younger generation but those of us who have a couple years on you! Genuinely respect you listening to your body and having a night in, saying no means saying yes to ourselves. I’m so cautious of the content I consume, the energetic exchange in this video was so sweet I feel inspired to get a workout in and go see my family after watching. i don’t know, her videos just radiate so much positivity. i need to go out today and i needed motivation. this vlog just simply made me get out of bed and dance around, getting excited to live my life again. it made me want to go out and just be raw and real, be in the moment. i am grateful.

A lot of things that you said after the night 2 debrief, really helped me. Now I know that it is normal to feel that way and accept yourself just the way you are, no matter what are you doing, where are you right now, just be yourself, be grateful and allow yourself to feel how you feel, without feeling pressured to live the moment up to certain standards. Just be present and feel.

I’m 6’ so I get the whole feeling tall thing, when I go to the bars/clubs and my friends want to go out to the dance floor I get so self conscious cuz I’m the tallest in the crowd and don’t know how to dance haha
