Yea, she really pretty :) I actually do like dresses because I'm built hippy and not very busty, but back when I got married, it was before the big internet boom when a lot of plus was still very old lady looking. Took me hours to find a wedding dress I liked and had to go up to a misses 20 to get it to look right. I've never worn over a 14 unless it was a fitted coat. Would have loved to have gone to these 2, or at least wish I'd have known of Torrid. Theirs are at least on the inexpensive side and would look nice for a small intimate wedding.

Huh? 110$ is VERY little for even the simplest dress and especially for anything constructed, layered or detailed, as wedding dresses tend to be. If you can’t even afford 110$, make it yourself or do you want a child labour exploitation dress? No way to make it for cheaper without shady practices

It breaks my heart to hear these women say "I didn't think anyone would want to marry me." I hope this gives he the confidence to start looking for clothing that can make her feel more feminine. I really don't understand why fashion can't be for all of us, not just women that are size zero, it's ridiculous. This beautiful woman sees something in the mirror that we don't, and I so wish we could flip their minds and they could see the beauty we see. What a beautiful dress, one of my favourites.

There is a look on the groom's face at the 8:52 mark that just makes me feel so good for them. The look says he loves her, he is awed by her, and he is proud of her. As she looks at him, she is so lovely. If wearing a dress makes her feel pretty, I hope she buys a nice one and put it on from time to time to remind herself that she is beautiful. The red lipstick was a phenomenal touch. I've been married for 42 years, and about ten years ago I began to feel something I couldn't even identify. I felt stagnant, and I couldn't figure out why. Certainly in long-term marriages it becomes pretty easy to take one another for granted, and part of it was that I felt like I was being over-looked by my spouse. I'm not a person who wears makeup, but I went to the store and purchased the brightest shade of red lipstick that I could find (I refer to it as my "Hooker Red" lipstick--LOL). I just wanted to shock my husband so he would take a fresh look at me. Two things happened: 1) he didn't notice the lipstick, and 2) I felt bold and powerful when I wore the lipstick! So, when I'm facing a day where I think I need to feel stronger than usual, I go for that red lipstick! I hope she gets a nice dress (and twirls around and around in it!) and some lipstick to remind herself she is as strong and beautiful as every other woman out there.

2 reactions, first - when she swept that pesky veil back from her shoulder in the foyer, it was nice to still see her instinctive athletey motion underneath and 2., It's the most I've believed it's about true love on this show and not the girls's lifelong being a bride fantasies.
