Geoff, I would highly recommend having 2-3 guys who's sole job is to buy cards, price them and enter them into your system. Whatever inventory you think you need---double it. It's imperative you always have more inventory than you need as having more allows you to never have to scramble. The downside to having too much is extremely minimal as you could always move them when needed.

Collected through out my childhood. Getting back into the hobby. I remember I could save up to by hobby boxes as a child. As an adult they aren't even affordable. Buying singles used to be fun because you knew how much they were worth. Now it's like stocks 🤣. Not to mention the head ache grading and cards being dinged for stuff the eye can't even see. Shits stressful now.

I miss the days of the Beckett and monthly price guides. I also remember going to the library and checking out the annual price guides also! You’ll get used to the new ways of collecting if you wanna stick to it. If you are “collecting” the everyday price influx shouldn’t affect you or your PC Cards much. If you are flipping or trying to get rid of a player, you just have to time things to get some profit. It’s true that “some profit is still profit” so just have to have a short term memory and stop looking back.

Love this for the Hobby! Thank you for all you do for Kids in this Hobby! Recently got back into collecting, so this may be an odd question. When it comes to comps for cards why do most people at shows say 70-80% of recent eBay Sales, when in reality the person buying that Card on eBay has to pay additional fees(shipping) and taxes that aren't part of the price you see. For example, let's say a $350 card purchased on eBay would cost the buyer around $385. But if the same buyer went to a show he would then, if he wanted to sell it at 70-80% based on the $350? Feel Free to Ignore this, but that has always stumped me.

I believe they will hold their value, but I think a few will rise. I’m a big fan of the Maushold. Like you said I’m really interested in seeing what Pokemon has in store for the future. I would also like to see newer chase cards. They are really pushing Charizard to much and I understand why but I feel that if they use different Pokemon per set it will make it more interesting. ✌🏾

@@airborne4287 Those are bs numbers if I ever saw them, claiming they sold 1500 boxes in 5 days of business when I doubt there were that many customers in there total the entire week. They would have had to sould roughly 30-35 boxes per her day in and day out. The only reason trade night was a packed as it was because all those weirdos were paid to come as influencers and rest of the slobs came because they got done with culture collision.
