Perfect explanation! I got injury in my shoulder cause I usually did moviments in the position to behind the neck. I stopped to train for while and then I will be back soon I hope. I still have a little of pain around my should, doing to get better eletrotherapy, vibration therapy and thermotherapy.

Hurt my shoulder in the gym. I think it was a shoulder press that did it. Can’t even do press ups at the moment, too painful. I have gone back to using very light weights. I suspect I wasn’t warming up and stretching enough before training.
