CTE car crash then violent marriage for 8 years. CTE started symptoms ten years after I left the abuser.. hitting on all sides ... I am 62 with failing short term memory and cognitive issues plus Parkinson's... Also ideations. 😊

I live with CTE. I grew up in DV and lived in it as an adult until age 28/29. I had brqin surgery as a child who has neurofibromitosis and the surgery ended up as surgical TBI and I'm now 45 and and have medical professionals are also either uneducated or choose to rhink I have an addiction to medication that helps me stay calm and ia alao a neurotransmitter. I am in northern Florida and need help ASAP. I want to see my son graduate in a few years, I want to know my furure grandchildren before I eventually pass from a medical condition that is secondary or a form of dementia that is stealing my identity because I don't know who I am as a person any longer either due to CTE or something I cannot put into words. What specific type of neurologist treats CTE?
