Trade Brock to Jersey for Simon Nemec. If Brock doesn’t take bargain deal one hopes Lekkerimaki can eventually replace those goals. Hronek, Willander, and Nemec as your right shot D with Quinn on Left side is a great foundation. Everyone wants goal scorers; especially during a playoff run. Brock could look good in Jersey even if he’s a rental. Jersey will not be able to afford all their D. They are in a win now mode.

not true, every team needs a goalie who is the backbone, no matter what team you are or at least a steady goalie. The team is simply inconsistent, but they have put together some great games to be above 500 by 6 games it's not solely their goaltending, even though his play has definitely won some games, you need a good goaltender to win in this league. i think your comment is based off disappointed and not logic lol.

I second this, i started cheering for them in 94' and when they lost that one i thought for sure it wouldn't take long to get back and win the whole thing. Rutherford's plan was never gonna work out. This franchais has a clueless owner who refuses to recognize that the issue with the Canucks is that they won't commit to a rebuild. He goes out and hires Rutherford, who specifically said that he will not rebuild and try to win a cup in 5 years. How is he going to do that? In this 2nd year, he already lost his key players to free agency. Worst of all, how do you expect the players to compete when every year you have new teammates? It's not on the players, this is on the management.

Rutherford had the most rediculous non answers on questions... - we've been playing a lot of games Every team plays the same amount of games. - We've beaten our selves 2-3 times at home.... Yeah in the lady 10 days. Be honest. It's been ALL year. You let Zadorov go in favor of Myers and Forbert. You could have signed a legitimate 3rd D man who would look good with Bransstrom. Now we've got Soucy and Juulsen... The pick ups beyond DeBrusk and Lank the Tank have not been that good. Yes Sherwood is a gem. But Heinen and Vinny are absolute busts. For some reason when Kevin got the flu you still had Svilos on the bench. Tolopio would have been the correct call up. How is it that fans seem to see more then those who have become millionaires working in this league.
