I like the way this kid’s conducts himself in interviews, he didn’t have to say the 4 goals were slightly exaggerated. He seems genuine. People are going to put everything this kid says and does under a microscope. If he keeps a level head and continues his work ethic , he is going to have a phenomenal professional hockey career for a long time . I hope I get to watch some of his games .
@StonedSpagooter Жыл бұрын
Was a pleasure seeing him play live in Regina. He scored the nicest goal I have ever seen and for some reason its never on the highlights. He did his thing and long story short chopped a bouncing puck while flying superman through the air into the top corner. The kid might have the best hands the game has ever seen and has on multiple occasions scored goals while falling/being hit/flying. Forsberd and Datsyuk levels of puck control.

The reason I will route for this kid is bc he’s a team first player n a humbly grounded person… he always mentions how lucky he is to be in this position n he wants the team to win…. My favourite memory of him was at world jrs when he shut down the on ice interviewer trying to congratulate him on his personal accomplishments at the tournament; n he said WE just won the championship I don’t give a crap about personal accomplishments n don’t care to talk about it further

This Kid will be an Absolute star and easily break all Blackhawks team scoring records.

I’m routing for him but that’s a bold bold statement to be so sure about Patrick Kane was nasty in Chicago n played 15 yrs… ur assuming he stays healthy, wants to be in Chicago for that long, and is capable of over a point a game all without playing a single shift yet
@vmjr543 Жыл бұрын
@@badmontingz1219 Yes I truly believe this young man has the the goods the tools to be what everyone has already stated a generational player. The Hawks have drafted well the last two years with five first round picks five or six second round picks and the the same in the third rounds as well as having two more first rounders next year. They are primed to be a potent team and to build a potent team around this young man.

Chicago is going to embrace Connor like they embraced Kane and Toews etc. The cups are still fresh in our memories though so Connor will have big shoes to fill, but I think he'll make us proud.

Another guys jock, no way, that's a nightmare for hockey players, this young man has such an incredible release, accuracy is next level, once he's paired with the right linemates, he's going to score many goals, potential 70/80 in a season, maybe 2/3 years down the road.

Taylor Hall has been nothing but a pro and is a great balanced player. I still wanna smack Sweeney in the back of the head for trading him in hindsight. He would have filled that second line role or third but Chicago is a smart team we’re not.
