I never really thought it was anticlimactic, as this year was arguably the most difficult to win the Stanley Cup. All of the adversity these teams have faced is insane! From the pandemic, the very claustrophobic Bubble, and not being able to really see outside friends or family. And out of all the teams that pulled through, the Lightning won it!

I’m a Colorado fan... but this brought tears to my eyes. This team deserved it and did it with class. They played with skill instead of chippy dirty plays like Dallas, but a nod to Dallas- you weren’t expected to make it this far and you did. You did amazing Dallas. I don’t think you would have won if just Johnson and Grubauer was there but you still took Tampa to game 6. See you next year :)

Thing is, if this wasn’t during a pandemic, there’s a chance they’d be celebrating in Dallas. Winning a cup in the other team’s city is probably worse than this. За наших ребят всегда все рады, это лучшее чем РФ может похвастаться сегодня на международном уровне. По совокупности Кучер давно заслужил. В сухом остатке эмоций нет. After losing the Cup in 2015 to Chicago... Then the disappointment of last year... I am just so friggin happy to see John Cooper hoist the Stanley Cup. He's won a championship at every level he's coached hockey so far... And won with Tampa's farm team before he was the Lightnings head coach. So happy for this team. They are now, officially, the best hockey team in the world. They deserve it, and I can't wait to be in Amalie Arena next year to congratulate them. LET'S GO BOLTS!!! STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS!! The 2020 Lightning are a lot like the 2018 Capitals. Both were favorites to win the cup the year prior, but they didn't and lost painfully. The next year though they came back and won it. No matter what team you cheer for, it's always a good sight to see these players lift the cup.

The panic at the disco song sucked, but I’m happy to see these guys finally win it. I used to have season tickets to the Norfolk Admirals, and I was lucky enough to see Alex Killorn, Tyler Johnson, Ondrej Palat, and Patrick Maroon play when they were just rookies, and (with the exception of Maroon), they’re all Stanley Cup Champions now.

Man I remember that team. 29 consecutive wins on their way to the Calder cup. That was spectacular. This Lightning team is built from that team, including Jon cooper as coach :)

Congratulations Tampa!! :-D After the embarrassment from last year's playoffs the Lightning have completed their 'Redemption Tour' in grand style. And did so inspite of all the circumstances that happened around the league the past number of months. The Lightning were successful in their mission to finally lift the Cup after all the years of frustration. And Congratulations to Luke Schenn on winning his 1st Stanley Cup!! :-) Now both Schenn brothers have a Cup ring of their own. :-D Well done NHL, not many of us thought the league could complete the playoffs this year given all the circumstances, but it was a rousing success. Granted, not having the fans for the playoffs was a bummer, but nevertheless the games and the series did provide the entertainment we kinda needed during these difficult times. And the players, coaches, staff, all those involved deserve a round of applause for being able to complete the playoff 'bubble' when few thought it was even possible to accomplish. And now we sit and wait for whenever the league resumes play in the future, but for now, the players, coaches, staff, everyone involved....you can now return home to your families after being away for so long. Take care everyone and Stay Safe. :-D
