This game was a rollercoaster... first Edmonton had the momentum in the 1st, then Calgary in the 2nd and practically the rest of the game till the last 5 minutes.. but all I know is Calgary is throwing everything they have in game 5 I can already feel it

Not going to lie, I thought the game was lost after Smith let that third goal in. The Oilers did a wonderful job overcoming that mistake and finding a way to snatch back the W. Love the fight that this team has shown, let’s finish this BOA off in 5! Go Oilers!!!

What a performance? This is the worst series of hockey I can ever remember watching. Both teams are playing terribly. Bad goaltending markstrom passes it to puljarvi and Smith let's in a shot from the flames blue line, even worse defense on both sides. No game structure for either team, giving up 3 and 4 goal leads. Whoever moves on is getting swept by the avs for sure.

It seemed to me that Sportsnet colour team was sure pulling for Calgary. Lots of bias showing in their comments and obvious depressed mood. “It’s back to Calgary with a 3-1 lead for the Oilers” was said with such low enthusiasm. The perfect ending to a biased commentary. On another topic, I was happy to see the Nuge score twice. He’s the only player left that’s been through all the dark years and if anyone is due some playoff joy, he is.

In spite of the win the Oilers still pass up too many shooting opportunities looking for the pretty play. Woodcroft made mention of that in the post-game interview (the part about shots). They finally shot the puck and get a greasy rebound goal to win it.

Game 4 had a ref FROM Calgary lol he missed a few easy calls against the Flames, don't think they'll get him again. McDavid wasn't as impactful, I count on him and everyone else stepping it up big time for game 5! Need to close this one out.

Archiebald and Kassian with some funny stuff, dang-it worthy. First they double-check zadorov and he keep standing. Then trying to do it again (and this time, he would have been obliterated, if he had not moved). But he did move, so they knocked each other out - that's a dang-it. Funny though and they were no better for worse...well Kassian was banged up abit, but nothing serious.

@@limeblue859 @Lime Blue last year 1st in the west out in the second round. Year before 2nd out in the second round. Season means nothing. If it did Avs would have been in the Stanley Cup finals last year as the best team in the West. If it did they would've been in the conference finals the year before as the second best team in the league. President trophy winners wouldn't always go out in the first round.

Ну конечно. У Василевского сухари с 50 ударами в створ. И у Шестеркина хорошие показатели особенно на домашнем льду. Смит вообще страшные результаты выдает в сравнении. А Маркстрому будто с командой не везет. Везде где он играл его на расстрел бросают.
