Spot - Report: Porto Pollo, Sardinia, North Coast, Kitesurfing

Today we arrived at the windiest spot in Sardinia and since this spot is divided into two areas, there are also two spot reports one for kitesurfers and one for windsurfers and wingfoilers.
If you talk about kitesurfing in the north of Sardinia you can't avoid this HotSpot. Even if there are a lot of people on the beach and on the water, you will always find enough space in this huge bay of Porto Pollo.
On windless days you can do a lot here. To the west, Capo Testa with its bizarre rock formations for hiking and exploring, and the archipelago of La Maddalena to the east, invite motorboat trips and standup paddle tours. To the airport and the ferry port of Olbia it is about 50 minute drive.
For us kitesurfers only the left bay is allowed outside the session the regulation loosens in the direction of the dam or headland.

Danke Marcel...ja, beim Campingplatz hatten wir auch mal gefragt und mussten schlucken was da aufgerufen wird. Auf dem Parkplatz hat es zwar null schöne Umgebung, aber es ist ne günstige Option.

Dankeschön, dass freut mich. Der September war in dem Moment entspannt als am 13.Sept. die Ferien in Italien und Bayern durch waren. Auf jeden Fall den Urlaubskalender der Bundesländer und von Italien auf dem Schirm haben.
