Depending on how the teleportation works, you can also attack with it or use it as a tool in method that isn't expected. Take Blink from Gifted, she generates portals as in the Teleportation Portal Creation method listed here, but the portals have the effect that their edges can cleanly sheer through matter as the molecules on one side go through but the molecules on the non-portal side do not. She can use this to make small moving portals that sheer through larger objects leaving clean holes, allowing her to use a normally movement based power to directly attack and shred a foe. Something a little similar happens in the Wheel of time novels when Channelers open portals, anything on either side of the portal is bisected as the portal starts as think slice in space before it opens outward. A few times people did this on purpose, to rather....gruesome effect. My fresh take on this would be teleporting volumes of air to make vacuums on one end and sudden high pressure explosions on the other to buffet someone around with air, or create loud sounds to disorient them.

I would like to suggest that you analyse the extremely strange but incredible potential of amortality, one of the superpowers that some people may confuse with immortality. Although it seems simple, here are a few examples to give you some inspiration if you're interested: it's impossible to make you disappear from the timeline, anything that causes indirect or direct death is unrealistic because you're not dead, or born because you've never been alive, your body can retain its mental health regardless of physical or psychological damage. As he is not born but still exists in the world, he can acquire various practical powers with little training; as a beginner, he will be immune to any manipulation of the "heart" in the spiritual or organic sense; in an intermediate version, he could manipulate matter in the unicellular form of his own body.
