This looks almost like Reynold Poernomo's dish called Moss. Just the plating is little different.He was contestant in master chef australia.He has a you tube channel as well. Also the 'Ooty apple' by Dharshan is Reynold's 'forbidden fruit'. They just miss no. Of item from his dish.

May be difficult. On second part of finale Pughal only concentrated on his table only he not even went to any other table. Without pughal may be difficult. Pughal, bala, Kureshi only 3 people will finish this dish. If mani, Shivangi or any other came means little difficult to complete but she reduce some elements in dish.
