Sir case number 8- my query is why it's not a hydrosalpinx.

If u see the cyst is oval and insulating the adjacent structures and not displacing Eccentric placed ovary All these go in favour of peritoneal inclusion cyst Kindly read abt it Hydatid is less likely given the appearance and also it causes mass effect if it if this size

How can we differentiate between peritoneal inclusion cyst and hydrosalpinx .. ?

Hydrosalpinx communicates with uterus and has incomplete septations with large oval shape Peritoneal inclusion cyst surrounds ovary mostly with history of previous surgery

Excellent cases sir... But the fifth case discussed as Endometrial Polyp is a classic case of adenomyosis with polypoid extension

Adenomyosis is usually hypoechoic and pedicle vascular sign is never seen in adenomyosis
