The K-Hip-Hop godparents sitting right here. Not enough young people know how much foundation these two had built to allow K-Hip-Hop to flourish like it does today.

The Korean language has great phonetics for rap. Its roughness and natural cadence works so well.

100% agree, but not just for rap and hiphop, in general it sounds very soothing

been a big fan since the late 90's when Tasha was in uptown. So great to see them still doing the damn thing.

I never really listened to uptown but I remember Tashannie on repeat when I was younger. I heard another group remake Haru Haru and no one can sing like Tasha

I love both of them and their music so much so glad they got interviewed they’re extremely insightful, humble and down to earth couldn’t have thought of anyone better to ask these questions to!

I love Korean hip hop and rap because the music is so high quality, and the lyrics are multi-layered and clever and don't rely on shock tactics and punching down to make points. And I love Yoon Mirae's voice, I just found out about her from Hobi's Neuron and she is so cool!

So many non-Koreans don't realize Korea has their own soul. It's hard to explain. They have soul but it's Eastern.

Thanks for the interview! I haven’t listened to all your music; however, one of my favorites is with both of you, entitled, Angel. I think of that song when I see the two of you in interviews. It really is beautiful. Thank you!

It's odd to me. Is her hair naturally curly or straight? As a baby she had a full afro

there's too much focus on struggle and symptoms lyrics where's the rapper that's gonna say "flip the script" and say stand and fight and this thing is not gonna take me out. where are THOSE rappers at?

Tiger Jk is perfectly fluent in English. Growing up he lived with relatives in East La and the Miami area. It’s Yoon Mirae who is not as comfortable with Korean.

I didn't think about what I was saying at the moment but you're right he is perfect as he is sorry for the comment meant no harm I just figured you spoke English because that's what I heard.
